If you apply for membership, you confirm your net worth meets or exceeds $10 million.

2. Membership Process

Request Invitation. Fill out the online form with true, complete details.
Review. We check your fit, experience and net‑worth claim.
Offer. If approved, we email a private payment link.
Payment. You have 72 hours to pay the fee; after that, the spot may pass to the next person.

3. Fees & Payment

Annual Fee: $9,997 USD, charged in full when you accept the offer.
No refunds. Because seats are limited, payments are final.
We accept major credit cards or wires through secure processors. You agree to pay all taxes or bank fees tied to your payment.

4. Member Conduct

Inside the Vault and on its calls, you agree to:

Keep all shared content strictly confidential.
Treat every member with respect.
Follow the law and avoid sharing harmful or illegal material.
We may suspend or remove you at any time if you break these rules; the fee stays non‑refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All videos, PDFs, audio files, and other materials we provide are our property or used with permission. You get a personal, non‑transferable license to view them. You may not copy, sell, or share them outside the Vault without written consent.

6. No Professional Advice

7. Results Disclaimer

Past wins from our team or members do not guarantee future results for you. Your outcomes depend on your choices, effort, market, and risk.

If you suffer a loss linked to your use of our site or membership, the most we owe you is the fee you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect damages.
